The area surrounding the Sanctuary is set for considerable economic growth in the very near future. The Federal and NT Government have committed $411 million to upgrade Kakadu’s infrastructure and transform Jabiru from a mining town to a world-class tourist hub. Both governments are also capitalising on the region’s successful agribusiness by opening up more land to expand this activity to further maximize the growth markets of nearby Asia.

This places The Sanctuary development in a prime position to accommodate a new workforce with affordable two-hectare blocks, an enviable rural lifestyle with a raft of new amenities, services and infrastructure.
